Please join us for the Arkansas Minority Health Commission's State of Minority Health in Arkansas.

In 2011, more than 200 legislators, community leaders, and public health advocates attended a panel discussion that highlighted the significant health disparities across the state. The panelists explained challenges and the efforts to improve the health of all Arkansans.

This year, the State of Minority Health biennial event will focus on the recent state and national health policy changes, Medicaid Expansion and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Arkansas. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions and share their feedback.

This event is free and open to the public. However, due to limited seating,
please register to reserve your spot.

If you have any questions about the event, please email Anwan Middleton at anwan.middleton@arkansas.gov or call (501) 686-2720.
